You should have received a template of the voucher you need to give to your clients with your logo and contact details included. 

If you do not have the template, Your vouchers will soon be on their way.

Here are the new MSC times for the shuttles:

FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE PORT:

If your cruise departs on a FRIDAY (to Portuguese Island)
The first coach leaves the Airport at 09h00.
The last coach leaves the Airport at 12h00.
The cruise terminal closes & locks its gates at 14h00.
You sail at 16h00.

If your cruise departs on a MONDAY (to Pomene Bay)
The first coach leaves the Airport at 09h00.
The last coach leaves the Airport at 14h00.
The cruise terminal closes & locks its gates at 16h00
You sail at 18h00.

N.B Please take note of the times that the cruise terminal’s closure. Miss that deadline you will not be allowed into the area and the security are very strict on that process.

FROM THE PORT TO THE AIRPORT:

Our coaches are usually waiting for you the moment the ship docks. Between 06h00 and 09h00 we will take passengers to the airport. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE OPERATE ON A “FILL-UP AND THEN GO BASIS”
Every person with a valid voucher either from MSC or Cruising South Africa has a seat booked on the shuttle. It is suggested that people with early flights register onboard for “Self Assist” and bring their own luggage down from the ship so that they can avail themselves of the first bus leaving the port.
